Our Payouts
King Cash Gold pays you based on the quality and quantity of the precious metals contained within your jewellery.
We will calculate your payout based on the following:
- Once we receive your Gold Return Pack, we will inventory all of your items.
- Our professional and experienced appraisers will evaluate your items. They will test and verify all items to determine which precious metals exist, and the respective purities.
- Your items will then be weighed to determine in which quantitiy the precious metals exist.
- Based on the professional appraisal of your items, we will calculate your payout based on the price of metal on the date which we receive your items. A check will be mailed to you for that amount.
We remind you that when you send in your items, we will pay you solely based on the value of gold that is contained within your items, and not on the ornamental value. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request that your items be returned to you.

If you are not satisfied with the valuation of your jewellery, simply return the check and call us within twelve (12) business days of the date written on the check, and we will promptly return your items.
